Synopsis:
Corn maze is a 10-week flash film production as part of the Dallas Filmmakers Alliance (DFA). This is a short film outlining a love story between Sasha (she/her) and Dani (they/them) that explores gender and queer joy. This project will be screened in December at Dallas Makerspace and at the Angelika Theatre in summer of 2024. We are a dedicated film crew with an Emmy Award winning Director of Photography, experienced acting coaches and beginning filmmakers as well.
Character Breakdowns:
Dani is exploring their gender while they go to a pumpkin patch with their partner Sasha. Dani can be androgynous, trans masculine but definitely pre-transition. Style: grunge, alternative. Age: 20s and 30s. If you are on T, please reach out because I’d love to have you on new projects.
Sasha (she/her) is a flirty femme goth woman and is dating Dani. She wears make up on set and our wardrobe is Halloween themed. The two characters share a kiss at the end. Age: 20s-30s
